AHEAD Tutorial and Review Center, a recognized leader in the tutorial and review industry, makes its entry into the shopping mall scene with its latest branch at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City. To be formally opened on Dec. 9, AHEAD will be located at the 5th floor of Bldg. B, SM Megamall in front of Mega Trade Hall 1.

Ahead was organized in 1995by young entrepreneur Rossana Llenado in the desire to provide quality instruction to Filipino students through tutorials in all subjects and levels and review courses for school entrance tests. It has since then been expanded to AHEAD Learning Systems, which is presently involved in preschool education, review book publishing, and training. Now with several branches in Metro Manila, AHEAD has become one of the fastest-growing companies in the Philippines.

AHEAD prides itself with hiring only the best and brightest people. Its instructors are not only knowledgeable in their respective fields but also young, energetic, and highly personable. It is of primary importance to the company that clients are comfortable and at ease with their instructors. The staff is thus trained to be effective in motivating youngsters, abreast with modern trends, attuned to the interests of the youth, sensitive to their concerns, and resilient to different types of personalities.

For some time AHEAD was the only center providing simulated examinations patterned on actual school admission tests. These simulations help make students ready for usual question types, time pressure, and other test-taking conditions. AHEAD has been so successful in preparing its students for admission tests that it has been maintaining the highest passing percentage in the entrance exams to the University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University, and De La Salle University. To demonstrate its commitment to excellence, the center releases a “Passers List” every year.
