Rossana Ladaga Llenado (center), president of Ahead Tutorial and Review Center, was recently recognized as Alumni Achiever during the University of the Philippines Rural High School (UPRHS) Foundation Day celebration.  Joining her in the table is UP Centennial President Emerlinda R. Roman (left), also a UPRHS Alumni Achiever Awardee and event guest of honor. Llenado, who reinvented the supplemental education industry in the Philippines, also established Ahead Professional Network and Ahead Books and Things. Roman is the 19th President of UP and the only woman leader to have served the country’s premiere state university with unfaltering dedication. The 80th anniversary fete of UPRHS carried the theme, "UPRHS, Mighty at 80: Kasaysayan, Karunungan, Kahusayan." Included in the photo is (right) Professor Lisa Carascal, UP Los Baños Math and Science Teaching Program Coordinator and former UPRHS principal.
